Who We Are & Why It Matters
My name is Andrey Rodionov. I live in Valencia, Spain, where I am registered as an autónomo (Spanish self-employed professional) and hold a TIE card (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero — Spanish residence ID). I personally manage every client case from the first consultation through to card collection.
- We live where we work. Our team is based in Valencia, Spain — we understand the system from the inside and solve problems on the ground.
- Legally registered in Spain as autónomo — not an anonymous online service.
- We prepare and submit every document ourselves — no subcontractors, no middlemen.
- We can attend your appointment in person at the immigration office — standing next to you when it counts.
- We work under a formal service agreement — clear scope, fixed price, full legal accountability.
- Available 7 days a week — we reply in English, and we do not go dark after payment.

What Sets Us Apart
In-Person Attendance at Your Immigration Appointment
For clients applying in Spain, we can attend the immigration office appointment alongside you. Not everyone needs this, but if you want someone who knows the system standing next to you — we are there.

We Stay With You Through TIE Card Collection
Our job does not end at approval. We help you book your fingerprint appointment, walk you through every step of the TIE card collection process, and stay available until the card is in your hand.

Proprietary Accounting Platform for Spanish Autónomos
We built our own platform for managing Spanish autónomo accounting — quarterly and annual tax filings in one place, designed around Spanish tax law. Think of it as the equivalent of QuickBooks or FreshBooks, but purpose-built for Spanish self-employed requirements.

Autónomo Registration Included
Registration as a Spanish autónomo (self-employed) is included in our service fee for all relevant clients — no hidden add-ons. We handle the entire registration process so you can start operating legally in Spain from day one.

Full Spanish Tax Filing Support
We file all quarterly and annual Spanish tax returns for the lifetime of your residence permit. You do not need to navigate the Spanish tax system alone — we handle the filings and flag anything that affects your situation. Note: this covers Spanish compliance; US citizens should coordinate separately with a US tax adviser for FBAR/FATCA obligations.

Vetted Local Professional Network
Moving to a new country means finding people you can trust. We maintain a curated network of English-speaking professionals in Spain: real estate agents, international schools, doctors, accountants, lawyers, and more. No referral fees — just honest introductions.

Spanish Bank Account Opening
After you receive your TIE card, we guide you through opening an account at the major Spanish banks. We know which banks are most straightforward for newly-arrived residents, what documents they require, and how to avoid common rejection reasons.

Private Health Insurance Guidance
Spanish residence permits require private health insurance without coverage gaps. We help you choose the right policy — economical options for visa purposes, or comprehensive cover for day-to-day life. We work with all major Spanish insurers and charge no commission.

Certified Translations at Negotiated Rates
Spain requires certified translations by a traductor jurado (officially sworn translator). Because we submit a high volume of documents, we have negotiated preferential rates — and we pass those savings directly to clients, with no markup from our side.

Renewal Planning Starts on Day One
Getting your first permit is just the beginning. From the very start we structure your tax history, autónomo setup, and documentation so that renewal is straightforward — not a scramble. Renewal support is built into how we work, not an optional add-on.

Full Transparency at Every Step
You see every document before it is submitted. Every official response from the immigration authority goes directly to you — no vague "everything is fine, just wait." You are in the loop at all times.

How to Verify We Are Real
Every point below can be checked right now.
Registered Autónomo in Spain
We are registered as self-employed (autónomo) in Spain with a Spanish tax ID (NIF) and operate legally under Spanish commercial law. We are not an offshore shell — we are based where our clients are moving to.
We Always Work Under a Formal Contract
Before any work begins, we issue a written English-language service agreement specifying scope, fees, and the re-filing terms. This is your legal protection — and ours.
Based in Valencia, Spain
Our team lives and works in Valencia. We are residents of the country our clients are moving to — which means we deal with the Spanish immigration system, tax office, and bureaucracy every day, not from a distance.
